A native of the area, Dr. Decker graduated from Enumclaw High school. He went on to complete a degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of Washington. For his advanced dental training, he attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After a two-year associateship, Dr. Decker moved back to Enumclaw to serve his hometown.
Dr. Decker has pursued advanced dental training at the nationally recognized Kois Center in Seattle, the Scottsdale Center for Continuing Dental Education, the University of Washington, and through the highly acclaimed Spear program.

He loves spending time with his wife, Carol, and their two children, Chloe and Safiya. He also enjoys snow sports, tennis, and chess.

Dr. Justin Courtney is a dedicated dentist with nearly two decades of experience in general dentistry. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Business Management from Luther College and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University in 2006.
An active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and the Kois Center for Advanced Training, Dr. Courtney is committed to continual growth and providing the highest quality of care. He’s known for his straightforward, compassionate approach and for helping patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their dental journey.
Originally from Iowa, Dr. Courtney has called the Pacific Northwest home since 2007. Outside the office, he enjoys cycling, hiking, camping, skiing, and playing pickleball with his wife, Cathy, and their black lab, Luna . He’s also a photography enthusiast and a loyal Seattle Sounders fan.
