We Deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  We would be more than happy to provide financial arrangements if needed.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact our business office. 

For your convenience, we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards bearing their logos, and most other major credit cards.  We are also able to offer third-party treatment financing plans, many with 0% interest for up to 90 days. 

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  Most insurance plans will only reimbure you for a percentage of the cost of treament.  We can usually estimate what this coverage will be, and will only require you to paythe difference until your claim hsa been processed.  Most inurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
